The service and these terms

These terms govern your use of My9Games.app, operated by Shengjin Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

My9Games.app helps you arrange nine games into a personal collage, download an image, and use sharing features where available. Creating and downloading a collage does not require an account or payment. Your own internet or mobile data charges may apply. These terms do not subscribe you to a paid plan.

You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you are a minor who requires a parent or guardian's permission under applicable law, obtain it before using the service.

Your selections and sharing choices

Use a nickname or social handle if you wish; a real name is not required. You are responsible for the content you choose and for having the rights or other lawful basis needed to use it. Do not impersonate someone or include another person's private information without permission.

A local draft and a downloaded image are different from a hosted share page. Where the service offers link creation, submitting a work makes its contents accessible to anyone with that link. Others may save or redistribute it. Changes to your local draft do not update a previously shared snapshot, and clearing browser storage does not remove it from our server.

Keep your own copies of images you want to retain. Local storage and hosted links are not guaranteed backups. We may change or discontinue features or remove works for the reasons described below; we do not promise permanent link availability.

Your content and our limited permission

You retain any rights you hold in your own content. To the extent you have the necessary rights, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to process that content solely to provide and operate the functions you request, maintain service security, and address support or rights complaints.

For a hosted work, this permission includes storing, copying, displaying, delivering, caching, resizing, and formatting the work and generating previews. It extends to service providers only as necessary to perform these tasks. It does not authorize unrelated advertising use or the sale of your original content.

This permission lasts only as needed for those purposes, including reasonable backup removal and any legally required preservation after a work is removed. It does not give us ownership of third-party game artwork.

Game information, artwork, and other rights

Game titles, cover art, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Displaying material or providing a download tool does not transfer those rights or grant a general license to reuse that material.

The collage tool is intended for personal expression and social sharing. You must still have permission or another applicable legal basis for the images you use. Attribution, availability through a game database, or a noncommercial purpose does not by itself establish permission. Commercial use of third-party material may require separate permission from its rights holder.

Our original website code, text, and design remain ours or our licensors', subject to any applicable open-source licenses. You may use the website and its intended output functions under these terms and applicable law.

Game names and artwork identify the games you select and do not imply endorsement by their rights holders. External game information may contain errors or become unavailable. See our Sources and Rights notice for attribution and reporting information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Publish unlawful threats, harassment, exploitation, or fraudulent material.
• Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass security controls.
• Overload the service, evade rate limits, or conduct automated extraction that disrupts it or violates applicable rights.
• Misrepresent your identity, another person's endorsement, or your relationship with us.

These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.

Complaints, removal, and access restrictions

Send rights or abuse reports to support@my9games.app, with the specific URL or material, an explanation of the concern, your contact details, and information establishing your authority where relevant. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive documents.

We may remove or restrict material or access where reasonably necessary to respond to a credible complaint, address a violation, protect service security, comply with law, or respond to a provider's removal requirement. Where practical and legally permitted, we will explain the action to an affected person who contacts us. You may ask us to review a mistake and supply supporting information.

You can delete your own shared card from the browser holding its private deletion credential. If that credential is unavailable, send us the work's URL to request removal. We may need proportionate verification before acting. Removal from public access cannot recall copies held by others; our Privacy Policy explains retained records and erasure requests.

External services and availability

External links and social sharing destinations are governed by their operators' terms. You decide whether to post content or transact there. We do not control their availability or their handling of your content.

We provide the service on an "as available" basis and do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that a particular image or link will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. This does not affect mandatory warranties or consumer protections.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

If a dispute arises, you can contact us to seek a resolution. This does not require you to give up the courts, remedies, time limits, or consumer protections available under applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will identify the revision date and provide appropriate notice of material changes, including any further acceptance required by law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired.
